Privacy Policy
1.1. Applicable regulations
Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and you give your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data according to the purposes and terms set out here. The company may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, case-law or interpretative developments by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
2. Purpose of personal data processing

2.1. Data retention period
We will keep your personal data from the moment you give us your consent until you revoke it or request restriction of processing. In such cases, we will keep your data blocked for the legally required periods.
3. Lawfulness and data collected
The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent granted through a positive affirmative act, such as completing the corresponding form and ticking the acceptance box for this policy when providing us with your personal data.
3.1. Consent to process your data
By completing forms, ticking the box "I accept the Privacy Policy" and submitting the data, or by sending emails to the company through the enabled accounts, the user states that they have read and expressly accepted this Privacy Policy and grants their unequivocal and express consent to the processing of their personal data according to the stated purposes.
4. Security measures
As part of our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed, pursuant to Article 32 of GDPR EU 679/2016.
5. Data disclosure
No data disclosures or international transfers of your data are foreseen, except those authorized by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation, and in cases where a judicial authority requires us to do so.
6. User rights
Any data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request erasure when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims. For reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. The controller will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Under current legislation, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability and revocation of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6.1. How can I exercise my rights?
To exercise your rights, you must contact the controller and request the corresponding form for the selected right. 7. Consent to receive electronic communications
In accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, by completing the data collection form and ticking the corresponding box "I accept the sending of electronic communications", you give express consent for information about the company to be sent to your email address, telephone, fax or other electronic medium.
