We define functional blocks, power, interfaces, critical signals and constraints before closing the schematic.
Custom PCB design
PCB design for projects that need a reliable, robust and scalable electronic board.

PCB design for products
At Pleeda, we design custom PCBs for electronic products that need to work outside the lab: connected equipment, embedded systems, industrial devices, instrumentation and hardware with real constraints around power, space, cost or manufacturing.
We work from technical requirements through schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, BOM, prototyping, validation, industrialization and the documentation needed to move toward a functional product with fewer iterations.

Electronic PCB design
We cover the technical decisions that make a PCB manufacturable, maintainable and coherent with the product: architecture, components, layout, testing and documentation.
We design the circuit with component availability, electrical robustness, consumption and maintainability criteria.
We work on PCB layout considering signal integrity, EMC, grounding, power, testing, connectors, assembly and mechanical space.
We prepare a BOM aligned with target cost, availability, alternatives and the product electrical requirements.
We support prototype manufacturing and review the electrical, functional and thermal behavior of the board.
We deliver Gerbers, BOM, pick and place files, assembly criteria and technical notes to simplify manufacturing.
Work process
Our process for designing functional and robust PCBs
We organize PCB design by phases: technical definition, schematic, layout, manufacturing review, prototype, validation and deliverable preparation.

Custom PCB design ready for industrialization
We design PCBs that respond to product requirements while considering manufacturing, regulatory, EMC and validation criteria from the beginning.
We define the high-level architecture: power, critical signals, interfaces, connectors, mechanical constraints, heat dissipation, connectivity and component availability before developing the schematic and layout to ensure compatibility between all subsystems and speed up validation.
We include electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), emissions, EMI immunity and applicable regulatory criteria to reduce risks in validation, certification and industrialization. We develop PCBs that are coherent with the product, not only prototypes.

Requirements and constraints: We translate product functional requirements into technical requirements: voltages, consumption, signals, connectors, communications, board size, usage environment, manufacturing constraints and cost goals.
Printed circuit board design: We design the schematic and PCB layout with technical reviews before sending the design to manufacturing.
DFM and DFA from the design phase: We review manufacturing and assembly rules to reduce common errors.
Design for testing, debugging and validation: We define signals, pins, buses and test points with bring-up, debugging and PCB validation in mind from the first units.
PCB manufacturing
PCB manufacturing and validation package
We prepare the technical documentation needed to manufacture, assemble and validate the PCB: Gerbers, BOM, pick and place, assembly criteria, test points and testing plan. The priority is to leave a manufacturable, traceable and easy-to-debug base that supports the product's technical maintainability.
We can work on prototypes, pre-series or designs oriented to small, medium and large production runs.

Gerbers and manufacturing files: We generate the files needed to manufacture the PCB, with layers, drill files, silkscreen and clear specifications.
BOM and pick and place: We prepare the bill of materials and placement data to simplify quoting, purchasing and assembly.
Test points and validation: We include test criteria to check power, communications, sensors, actuators and critical interfaces.
Iteration support: If the prototype reveals required adjustments, we document changes and prepare the design for the next revision.
